What the Local News is Not Telling Us
We have all heard the recent news reports about how bad the housing market is, but what they are not saying is that this is the best time there has been in years to buy a home. Prices are down (the experts say that they will rise again very soon), interest rates are low, choices are plentiful, you can successfully offer under the asking price in most cases. When buying, do you want to buy in a buyer's market or would you rather wait for a seller's market?
